Two people have been charged with the robbery of a pharmacy in Bristol and will appear in court this month.
Natasha O'Driscoll, 34, of Northwood Park, Winterbourne, was charged with robbery and child cruelty, while Daniel Bennett, 41, of Wedmore Vale, Bedminster, was charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article.
The charges relate to an incident in which prescription drugs were allegedly stolen from Shaunak’s Pharmacy in Flaxpits Lane on the afternoon of August 8.
The pair appeared at Bristol Magistrates' Court the following day and O'Driscoll was released on bail and Bennett was remanded in custody. Avon and Somerset Police told Independent Community Pharmacist both will appear at Bristol Crown Court on September 19.
